We are a Ghent cleaning team built around reliable visits, one familiar face, and the details that make a home feel looked after rather than merely tidied.
How we work
Most people do not leave a cleaner over the cleaning.
They leave because the day kept moving, because a different person turned up each month, or because something got broken and nobody mentioned it.
So we built the business around the boring parts instead. One cleaner per home, so nobody has to re-explain where things live. A written checklist, so nobody is guessing what was meant to be included. A named cover person for holidays. And a rule that we tell you about a problem before you find it yourself.
The cleaning itself follows from that. It is far easier to do a room well when you know the home, and when you are not being sent somewhere different every week.
We work across Ghent and its districts, De Pinte, Zwijnaarde and Sint-Martens-Latem, and we are an approved service voucher company for recurring household work.

Plans are easy to adjust, easy to pause and easy to leave. Nothing about the arrangement is designed to make you stay.

Careful work, calm communication and no rearranging things that were where you left them on purpose.

Start with one deep clean and decide from there.
Plenty of clients begin with a single visit before committing to a rhythm. It costs more per hour and we will still recommend it when the home needs a baseline first.
