An agreed checklist, not a generic one
On the first visit we walk the home together and write down what matters to you, what gets skipped and what rotates. You get a copy and it can be changed at any time.
Our standards
A reliable service is more than a shiny surface. It is knowing what is included, trusting who has the key, and hearing about small problems before they become large ones.
What we commit to
On the first visit we walk the home together and write down what matters to you, what gets skipped and what rotates. You get a copy and it can be changed at any time.
You are matched with one cleaner who learns your home. When they are on holiday, a named colleague covers, briefed from your checklist rather than starting from nothing.
If we cannot get in, if something is running low, or if we notice a leak under a sink, you hear about it the same day.
If something is broken or missed, you will hear it from us first. That is the whole policy.
Keys and access
Most of our clients are at work when we clean, so this matters more than anything else on this page.
Your key carries a code. Nothing on it connects it to your address.
Keys live in a locked cabinet at our office and are signed out and back in for every visit.
Only the cleaner assigned to your home that day holds the key, and only for that day.
Ending the plan? Your key comes back within two working days, in person.
Who comes to your home
Every cleaner is on our own payroll. We do not subcontract and we do not use day labour.
Two checked references and proof of identity before anyone is placed in a home.
A supervised first visit, then the checklist. Nobody works alone in a home they have not been introduced to.
Accidental damage in the home is covered by our insurance, and reported by us the same day.
Still deciding?
Who exactly will be in the house, what happens if they leave, how the key is stored, what we do when something breaks. If a cleaning company is vague about any of that, keep looking.
